Shipping Policy

Processing times are separate from shipping times; we allow for 1-2 days of processing the order, and then the carrier will deliver based on their delivery times.  We cannot control the times it takes for a carrier to deliver your order, but we pledge to process your order in a timely fashion that is also in accordance with this shipping policy.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Holiday seasons, supply chain delays, and raw material availability have the potential to delay your order.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within 20 miles of Forney, TX where we are based.

For orders under $100, we charge $20 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 8am-5pm on Saturdays & Sundays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.  Please know that we ship exclusively with UPS and therefore we cannot ship to PO Boxes. If you provide a PO Box at checkout, delivery of your order may be delayed.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at service@krugwoodworks.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
